Recognising the most popular graduate employers

Cibyl’s annual rankings are derived from research with over 100,000 students across the UK and Ireland. We collect perception data on approximately 500 of the most popular graduate employers in the market, measuring awareness, attractiveness and preference within each sector.

The rankings inform the National Emerging Talent Awards, held each April, where sector leaders are recognised based on independent student data.

Consistent benchmarking methodology ensures comparability year on year, providing clear visibility of competitive positioning and movement within your sector.

Alongside headline positions, each Research Report provides deeper analysis of the drivers influencing student choice, including brand perception, salary expectations, diversity trends and career confidence.
